Product Overview
59165-1-T-00-D is a 59165 series miniature over-moulded reed sensor. It is capable of switching up to 200VDC at 10W. Its package contains moulded stand-offs to allow board washing. It is well suited for position and limit sensing, security, and door/window alarm systems. It features in high-moisture and contaminated environments. The reed contacts last for millions of operating cycles under micro-controller voltage and current logic-level loads. It is suitable for pick-and-place assembly. It operates through non-ferrous materials such as wood, plastic or aluminium. It is used in applications such as position and limit sensing, security system switches, door and window proximity sensing, metering, automotive electronics, anti-tamper detection, small appliances.
