Product Overview
The EC103D1 is a 0.8A sensitive Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR) with excellent unidirectional switches for phase control applications. This Teccor® Thyristor is easily triggered with microamperes of current as furnished by sense coils, proximity switches and microprocessors.
