IXDN604SITR is a 4A, dual low-side, ultrafast MOSFET driver in an 8-pin Power SOIC package with an exposed metal back. Typical applications include automotive DC/DC regulators, electronic power steering, electric vehicle power train drives and brushless DC motors.
