Product Overview
The S401E is a Teccor® Thyristor/Standard SCR triggered with few milliamperes of current at less than 1.5V potential. This 1A SCR is excellent for lower current heat, lamp and audible alarm controls for home goods. Typical applications are AC solid-state switches, fluid level sensors, strobes and capacitive-discharge ignition systems.
