Product Overview
The MAX4526EUA+ is a phase reversal analogue switch in 8 pin µMAX package. This device consists of two normally open and two normally closed CMOS analogue switches arranged in a bridge configuration which operate in single supply or dual supplies. A logic level signal controls whether the input signal is routed through normally or inverted. A low resistance DC path goes from inputs to outputs at all times, yet isolation between the two signal paths is excellent. It is optimized for high-frequency operation such as chopper amplifiers and it has a higher speed, logic level translator and switch driver.
- Supply voltage range is 4.5V to 36V, ±4.5V to ±18V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Maximum charge injection is 10pC, maximum charge injection match is 2pC
- Signal paths with ±15V supplies is 175ohm at TA = +25°C
- Break before make time delay of 5ns
- Rail to rail signal handling
- Transition time <lt/> 100ns with ±15V supplies
- ESD protection per method 3015.7 is <gt/>2KV
- TTL/CMOS compatible inputs
