Product Overview
The MAX4564EUA+ is a low voltage, dual supply, SPDT analogue switch with enable in 8 pin µMAX package. This SPDT analogue switch designed to operate from dual ±1.8V to ±6V or single +1.8V to +12V supplies. The low on-resistance (RON = 40 ohm at ±5V) and low power consumption (5µW) make this part ideal for audio, video and battery powered applications. This switch offers low leakage current of 1nA (max) and fast switching speed of tON = 60ns and tOFF = 40ns at ±5V (max). It is used in sample and hold circuits, test equipment, communication systems, audio and video switching and battery operated systems.
- On-resistance (RON) of 275 ohm (max) & 160 ohm (typ) at single +3V supply
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- RON matching between channels is 10 ohm (max) 1.5 ohm (typ) at TA = +25°C (single +3V supply)
- RON flatness is 10 ohm (max) at ±5V supply
- Low charge injection is 3pC (typ) at ±5V supply
- Low ±1nA leakage current at +25°C
- Features break before make switching
- TTL/CMOS-logic compatible, bandwidth -3dB is <gt/> 450MHz (typ)
- Low crosstalk of -72dB (1MHz)
- High off-isolation is -77dB (1MHz)
