Product Overview
The MAX633ACSA+ is a CMOS fixed/adjustable output, step-up switching regulator in 8 pin NSOIC package. This device preset output is 15V, step-up DC to DC converter for use in low power, high efficiency switching regulator applications. It has an on-chip low battery detection circuitry and a charge pump output for generating a negative voltage in dual supply applications. The only external components required are an output filter capacitor and a low cost inductor. This device can be set to other output voltages by adding an external voltage divider. It is used in minimum components, high efficiency DC-DC converters, portable instruments, rechargable and primary battery power conversion, uninterruptable on-board power supplies, card level multiple power conversion.
