Product Overview
The MAX6341ESA+ is a low noise, precision voltage reference in 8 pin NSOIC package. This low noise, precision voltage reference has extremely low ±0.75ppm/°C temperature coefficients and excellent 0.02% initial accuracy. This device feature buried zener technology for lowest noise performance. Load regulation of 1ppm/mA for source and sink currents up to 15mA. Excellent line and load regulation and low output impedance at high frequencies make them ideal for high resolution data conversion systems up to 16bits. This device is typically used in high resolution analogue to digital and digital to analogue converters, high accuracy reference standard, digital voltmeters, ATE equipment and precision current sources.

- Input voltage range from 8V to 36V
- Low long term stability is 30ppm/1000hr
- Stable for all capacitive loads
