Product Overview
The MAX795TCSA+ is a 3V/3.3V microprocessor supervisory circuit in 8 pin NSOIC package. The microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit will monitor and control the activities of +3V/+3.3V µPs by providing backup-battery switchover. The backup-battery voltage can exceed VCC and permit the use of 3.6V lithium batteries in systems using 3V to 3.3V for VCC. This device is used in embedded controllers, intelligent controllers, battery powered computers.
- Supply voltage range is 1V to 5.5V
- Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
- Fixed reset trip precision supply voltage monitor
- Chip enable gating
- Reset assertion to VCC = 1V
- Active-low, open-drain reset type with reset threshold of 3.085V
- On-board gating of chip-enable signals, 200ms propagation delay
