MDS01M-03N is a MDS01-N (New) series 1W isolated and unregulated module type medical grade DC-DC converter with SIP7 package with internal standard pinout. Suitable for medical devices, medical oxygen monitor, CT scanning, medical carts, oral care equipment, telecom/ datacom system, wireless network, industrial control facility.
- Input voltage range from 10.8V DC to 13.2V DC
- Single output of 3V DC
- Comply with IEC/UL2368-1 and LVD IEC60601-1
- Medical safety approved (1xMOPP/2xMOOP) according to IEC60601-1
- Low patient leakage current <2µA
- Protection: short circuit(continuous)
- 6KV DC high I/O isolation (reinforced insulation)
