Product Overview
MCP4011T-103E/SN is a 10Kohm, volatile, 6bit, single digital potentiometer with U/(active low)D interface. It can be configured as either a potentiometer or rheostat. The wiper setting is controlled through a simple up/(active-low) down (U/(active-low) D) serial interface.
- RAM memory type, mid-scale POR wiper setting
- 75ohm typical wiper, 64 number of steps, VDD operating range from 1.8V to 5.5V
- U/(active low) D control interface
- 64 taps 63 resistors with taps to terminal A and terminal B
- Simple up/(active low) down protocol
- Power-on recall of default wiper setting
- 45µA supply current typical (5.5V, CS (active low) = VSS, fU/D = 1MHz)
- RAB / 63ohm step resistance typical (VDD = 2.7 to 5.5V, VSS = 0V, TA = +25°C)
- 1MHz bandwidth -3dB typical (Code = 1F, output load = 30pF)
- 8 lead SOIC package, extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
