MCP6294-E/ST

MCP6294-E/ST is a quad rail-to-rail operational amplifier that provides wide bandwidth for the current. It supports rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a Common-mode input voltage range of VDD + 300mV to VSS – 300mV. This family of operational amplifier is designed with Microchip’s advanced CMOS process. Application includes portable equipment, photodiode amplifier, analogue filters, notebooks and PDAs, battery-powered systems.

• Power supply rejection ratio is 90dB typ (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = +2.4V to +5.5V)
• Common-mode rejection ratio is 85dB typ (VCM = -0.3V to 2.5V, VDD = 5V, TA = +25°C)
• Input offset voltage range from -3.0 to +3.0mV (VCM = VSS, TA = +25°C, VDD = 2.4 to 5.5V, VSS = GND)
• Supply voltage range from 2.4 to 6.0V (TA = -40°C to +125°C, VSS = GND)
