Product Overview
The MIC39101-3.3YM is a 3.3V fixed output low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator provides low-voltage and high-current output. Utilizing proprietary Super βeta PNP® pass element, the device offers extremely low-dropout (LDO) (typically 410mV at 1A) and low ground current (typically 11mA at 1A). The device is fully protected with overcurrent limiting, thermal-shutdown and reverse-battery protection.
