The 76-1556 from Tenma is a blue colour alligator clip with 4mm banana (female) jack (socket). It is used for general purpose electric testing by grasping conductive parts. It features electrical safety according to EN/IEC 61010-031:2008. 1000V CAT II/1000V CAT III/600V CAT IV, reinforced insulation, 20A (at +40°C).
