74AHCT139D,118 is a dual 2-to-4 line decoder/demultiplexer. It decodes two binary weighted address inputs (nA0, nA1) to four mutually exclusive outputs. Each decoder features an enable input. When n active-low E is HIGH all outputs are forced HIGH. The enable input can be used as the data input for a 1-to-4 demultiplexer application. Inputs are overvoltage tolerant. This feature allows the use of this device as translator in mixed voltage environments. It features ESD protection (HBM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 class 2 exceeds 2000V, CDM: ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-002 class C3 exceeds 1000V).
- Wide supply voltage range from 4.5V to 5.5V
- Balanced propagation delays, all inputs have Schmitt-trigger actions
- High noise immunity, overvoltage tolerant inputs to 5.5V
- TTL input level, CMOS low power dissipation
- Latch-up performance exceeds 100mA per JESD 78 Class II Level A
- Input leakage current is 0.1μA maximum at (VI=5.5V or GND;VCC = 0V to 5.5V, 25°C)
- Supply current is 4μA maximum at (VI = VCC or GND; IO = 0A; VCC = 5.5V)
- Input capacitance is 3pF typical at (25°C)
- Propagation delay is 4.7ns typical at (CL = 15pF, 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, SO16 package
