Product Overview
NMUX1309PWJ is a dual 4-channel switch analogue multiplexer and demultiplexer with injection-current control. It is a general purpose, CMOS, bi-directional, dual 4 channel analogue switch, with operating voltage of 1.5 to 5.5V. It is dual source compatible with existing 4852 and 4052 devices. It extends the digital logic thresholds to be compatible with 1.8V systems without the need for voltage translation. The analogue signal pins are comprised of two common inputs/outputs and eight independent inputs/outputs. All analogue signal pins are bi-directional and support a voltage range from GND to VCC. All analogue signal pins integrate injection current control circuitry. This control circuitry isolates overvoltage spikes on disconnected analogue signal pins from coupling to the connected analogue signal path, thereby preserving measurement accuracy. Applications include analogue or digital multiplexing/demultiplexing, system monitoring and diagnostics, enterprise computing, appliances.
