PESD5V0U1UB,115 is an ultra-low capacitance unidirectional ESD protection diode in a small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package designed to protect one signal line from the damage caused by ESD and other transients. Typical applications include USB interfaces, 10/100/1000Mbit/s Ethernet, FireWire, high-speed data lines, Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card protection, cellular handsets and accessories, portable electronics, communication systems, computers and peripherals, audio and video equipment.
- Unidirectional ESD protection of one line
- ESD protection up to 9kV
- IEC 61000-4-2; level 4 (ESD)
- Reverse standoff voltage is 5V maximum at Tamb=25°C
- Diode capacitance is 2pF typ at f=1MHz; VR=0V; Tamb=25°C
- Breakdown voltage is 6.8V typ at IR=5mA; Tamb=25°C
- Reverse leakage current is 1nA typ at VRWM=5V; Tamb=25°C
- Differential resistance is 100 ohm max at IR=1mA; Tamb=25°C
