PMEG6010CEGWX is a planar schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection encapsulated in small SOD123 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. Typical applications include low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, low power consumption applications.
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 60V min at IR = 1mA; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02;Tj = 25°C
- Forward voltage is 210mV typ at IF = 1mA; tp ≤ 300µs; δ ≤ 0.02;Tj = 25°C
- Reverse current is 0.8µA typ at VR = 5V; pulsed; Tj = 25°C
- Diode capacitance is 60pF typ at VR = 1V; f = 1MHz; Tj = 25°C
- Total power dissipation is 410mW max at Tamb ≤ 25°C
- Ambient temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
