Typical applications include ultra-high-speed switching, voltage clamping, protection circuits, low current rectification, low power consumption applications (e.g. hand-held devices).
- Very low forward voltage, guard ring protected
- Forward voltage is 190mV max at IF=0.1mA; Tamb =25°C
- Reverse current is 30µA max at VR=10V; tp=300µs; δ=0.02; pulsed; Tamb=25°C
- Diode capacitance is 25pF max at VR=1V; f=1MHz; Tamb=25°C
- Reverse voltage is 30V maximum
- Repetitive peak forward current is 300mA max at tp < 1 s; δ < 0.5
- Non-repetitive peak forward current is 1A max at tp=8.3ms, Tj(init)=25°C
- Ambient temperature range from -65 to 125°C
