TL431AFDT,215 is a TL431 family three-terminal, adjustable precision shunt regulator. Typical applications include shunt regulator, precision current limiter, precision constant current sink, isolated feedback loop for Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS).
- Low output noise
- AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- 1.0% reference voltage tolerance (Vref)
- Reference current variation is 0.8μA typ at Tamb = -40°C to 125°C
- Minimum cathode current is 0.4mA typ at Tamb = -40°C to 125°C
- Off-state current is 0.1μA typ at VKA = 36V; Vref = 0
- Dynamic cathode-anode impedance is 0.2ohm typ at IK = 0.1mA to 100mA;VKA = Vref; f < 1kHz
