The FOD814SD is a 1-channel 4-pin surface-mount high operating temperature Phototransistor Optocoupler consists of two gallium arsenide infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, driving a silicon phototransistor output. It is suitable for AC line monitor and telephone line interface.
