Product Overview
SZESD7205DT5G is a low-capacitance ESD protection diode for high-speed data lines. It is designed to protect high-speed data lines from ESD. Ultra-low capacitance and low ESD clamping voltage make this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage-sensitive high-speed data lines. The small form factor and flow-through style package allow for easy PCB layout and matched trace lengths necessary to maintain consistent impedance between high-speed differential lines such as Ethernet and LVDS present in automotive camera modules. It is used in applications such as 100BASE-T1/OPEN alliance broadR-reach automotive ethernet, 10/100/1000BASE-T1 ethernet, LVDS, automotive USB 2.0/3.0, and high-speed differential pairs.

- Protection for the following IEC standards: IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 (ESD)
- Breakdown voltage is 6V typical at (IT = 1 mA, I/O Pin to GND, TA = 25°C)
- Junction capacitance is 0.34pF typical at (VR = 0 V, f = 1MHz between I/O pins and GND)
- Clamping voltage TLP is 10V typical at (IPP = 8A, TA = 25°C)
- Operating junction temperature range from -55°C to +150°C
