Product Overview
NCP1117ST33T3G is a NCP1117 series low dropout positive voltage regulator. Internal protection features consist of output current limiting, safe operating area compensation, and thermal shutdown. The NCP1117 series can operate with up to 20V input. Typical applications include consumer and industrial equipment point of regulation, switching power supply post regulation, hard drive controllers, and battery chargers.
- Output current in excess of 1A
- No minimum load requirement for fixed voltage output devices
- Reference/output voltage trimmed to ±1%
- Current limit, safe operating and thermal shutdown protection
- 3.3V nominal output voltage
- Line regulation (3.3V (Vin = 4.75V to 15V, Iout = 0mA)) is 0.8mV typ
- Load regulation (3.3V (Iout = 0mA to 800mA, Vin = 4.75V)) is 4.3mV typ
- RMS output noise (f = 10Hz to 10kHz) is 0.003%Vout typical
- SOT−223 package
- Operating ambient temperature range from 0 to +125°C
