NCP45521IMNTWG-H is an NCP4552x series ecoSWITCH™ advanced load management controlled load switch with low RON. It provides a component and area-reducing solution for efficient power domain switching with inrush current limit via soft start. In addition to integrated control functionality with ultra-low on-resistance, this device offers system safeguards and monitoring via fault protection and power good signalling. This cost-effective solution is ideal for power management and hot-swap applications requiring low power consumption in a small footprint. Typical applications include portable electronics and systems, notebook and tablet computers, telecom, networking, medical, and industrial equipment, set-top boxes, servers, and gateways, hot-swap devices, and peripheral ports.
- Advanced controller with charge pump, integrated N-Channel MOSFET with low RON
- Input voltage range from 0.5V to 13.5V
- Soft-start via controlled slew rate, adjustable slew rate control
- Thermal shutdown, undervoltage lockout, short-circuit protection
- Extremely low standby current, load bleed (quick discharge), active high EN polarity
- On-resistance is 9.5mohm typ (VCC = 3.3V; VIN = 1.8V, TJ = 25°C)
- Supply standby current is 0.65µA typ (VEN = 0V; VCC = 3V, TJ = 25°C)
- Output slew rate is 11.9kV/s typ (VCC = 3.3V; VIN = 1.8V, TJ = 25°C)
- Supply voltage range from 3 to 5.5V
- DFN8 package, ambient temperature range from -40 to 85°C
