Product Overview
NCP716BSN330T1G is a wide input voltage low dropout, ultra-low Iq regulator. It is a very stable and accurate device with ultra-low ground current consumption (4.7A over the full output load range) and a wide input voltage range (up to 24V). The regulator incorporates several protection features such as thermal shutdown and current limiting. Typical applications include portable equipment, communication systems, industrial measurement systems, and home automation devices.

- Ground current is 3.2µA typ (IOUT = 0mA, -40 <lt/> TA <lt/> 125°C)
- Output voltage accuracy range from 2.94 to 3.06V (-40°C ≤ TJ ≤ 125°C)
- Output noise voltage is 80µVrms typ (VOUT = 3.0V, IOUT = 150mA, f = 100Hz to 100KHz)
- Thermal shutdown and current limit protection
- Load regulation is 0.0013%/mA typ (IOUT = 0.1mA to 150mA, TJ = +25°C)
- Dropout voltage is 700mV typ (VOUT = 0.97VOUT(NOM), IOUT = 150mA, TJ = +25°C)
