The NL17SZ125DFT2G is a non-inverting high performance Buffer with 3-state outputs an operating from a 1.65 to 5.5V supply. It features near zero static supply current substantially reduces system power requirements and LVTTL compatible - interface capability with 5V TTL logic with VCC = 3V.
