Product Overview
The NLHV3157NDFT2G is a negative voltage SPDT switch in 6 pin SC88 package. The NLHV3157N is an advanced CMOS analogue switch fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The device passes analogue and digital negative voltages that may vary across the full power supply range (from VEE to GND). It is used in GaN transistor power amplifiers.
- Operating voltage range VEE from -12V to -4V
- Switch signal voltage range VIS = VEE to GND
- Positive control signal voltage VIN = 0V to 3.3V
- Low on resistance RON is less than or equal to 5ohm at VEE = -10 V
- Latch up performance exceeds 200mA
- Maximum quiescent supply current is 25µA
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
