Product Overview
ERJU08F1200V is an ERJ-U08 series Ag-Pd-based inner electrode type anti-sulfurated thick film chip resistor. High resistance to sulfurization achieved by adopting an Ag-Pd-based inner electrode. This series is an industry-leading, solving demands for a small footprint and environmentally durable resistor. Suitable for automotive, industrial, factory automation, and power supply applications. High resistance to sulfurization is achieved through the use of an anti-sulfurated electrode structure and material in the manufacture of this series resistors.
- High reliability : metal glaze thick film resistive element and three layers of electrodes
- Suitable for both reflow and flow soldering
- Reference standard : IEC 60115-8, JIS C 5201-8, JEITA RC-2134C
- AEC-Q200 compliant
- 1206 size, 0.25W power rating
- ±1% tolerance, 120 ohm resistance
- 200V limiting element voltage, 400V maximum overload voltage
- Category temperature range from –55 to +155°C
- Temperature coefficient is ±100ppm/°C
