9DBL0841BKILFT is a 9DBL08x1C PCIe zero-delay/fanout clock buffer. It belongs to low-power, high-performance full-featured PCIe family. The buffer supports PCIe Gen1 through Gen5. Application includes PCIe riser cards, nVME storage, networking, accelerators, and industrial control/embedded.
- 2 to 8 low-power HCSL (LP-HCSL) outputs eliminate 4 resistors per output pair
- Spread-spectrum compatible, dedicated OE# pin for each output
- 1MHz to 200MHz operation in fan-out mode, 3 selectable SMBus addresses
- Extensive SMBus-selectable features allow optimization to customer requirements
- SMBus interface not required for device operation
- Common clocked (CC), independent Reference (IR) with and without spread spectrum (SRIS, SRNS)
- 100 ohm output impedance, 8 number of clock outputs
- Supply voltage range from 3.135 to 3.465V (supply voltage for core and analogue)
- Additive PCIe Gen5 CC jitter <lt/> 60fs RMS, PCIe Gen5 CC jitter <lt/> 150fs RMS (High-BW ZDB Mode)
- 48-VFQFPN package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
