Product Overview
FS3000-1005 is a surface-mount type air velocity module that uses a MEMS thermopile-based sensor. The FS3000 features a digital output with 12bit resolution. The sensor comprises a “solid” thermal isolation technology and silicon-carbide coating to protect it from abrasive wear and water condensation. The module features a compact design fit for low-profile enclosures. The application includes data centre and servers, HVAC and air control systems, laminar flow control systems, air filtration, and collection systems.

- Resistant to vibration and pressure shock, low power application
- Digital output: I²C, supply voltage is 3.3V typ
- Current consumption is 10mA typ, resolution is 12bit max
- Air flow range from 0 to 7.23m/sec, digital output range from 409 to 3686Count
- Flow accuracy is 5% of F.S. typ (25°C), SCL clock frequency is 400KHz max
- Response time is 125ms typical
- I²C output logic low threshold is 0.4V max
- Ambient temperature range from -20°C to +85°C
