R5F104BAAFP#10 is an RL78/G14 low-power, high-function, general-purpose microcontroller for motor control, industrial and metering applications. This RL78/G14 microcontroller balances the industry's lowest level of consumption current (CPU: 66μA/MHz, standby (STOP): 240nA) and a high calculation performance of 51.2 DMIPS (32MHz). The built-in high-function timer supports three-phase motor control using three-phase complementary PWM output. The built-in safety features (a function that detects illegal operation of hardware) enable support for the household appliance safety standard (IEC/UL 60730).
