Product Overview
RV1S9262A is a photocoupler featuring high-speed switching up to 15Mbps with active low output logic which consists of an AlGaAs LED on the input side and an integrated circuit with a photodiode on the output. The RV1S9262A is designed specifically for high common mode transient immunity (CMTI), wide operating power supply voltage range and high temperature operation up to TA = 125°C. It is suitable for IPM (Intelligent Power Module) drive. Complies with safety standard such as UL:UL1577, double protection, CSA:CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.62368-1, reinforced insulation. Typical applications include IPM driver and general purpose inverter.
- 5 pin SSOP with 8.2mm creepage distance (LSSO5) photocoupler
- Small and long creepage (8.2mm, LSSO5), high speed switching (15Mbps)
- High common mode transient immunity (CMH, CML = ±100KV/µs minimum)
- Pulse width distortion (tPHL − tPLH = 20ns maximum)
- Wide operating power supply voltage range VCC from 4.5V to 30V
- High isolation voltage (BV = 5000Vrms)
- 12mA maximum forward current (ON), 0.8V forward voltage (OFF), 0.5V/μs supply voltage ramp slew rate
