Product Overview
XK21H050H100H125I is a XK series ultra-low phase noise quartz-based PLL oscillator. It is a second-generation follow-on to the XF ProXO high-performance oscillator. The device is often referred to as ProXO II. It uses internal regulators to provide excellent PSNR characteristics. The device is offered in a range of industry standard package footprints. The device can be factory programmed with up to three frequencies and/or output types that are selected by the 3-level FS pin. Typical applications are 10G to 800G Ethernet, 100G to 400G OTN, 3G to 24G SDI broadcast video, servers, switches, storage, accelerators, NICs, HBAs.
- 55fs RMS typical phase jitter (12KHz to 20MHz) at 156.25MHz
- 50MHz to 1250MHz output frequency
- 1.8V ±5% voltage rating
- Temperature rating range from -40 to +85°C
- Total stability (including temperature, power supply, and aging) is ±25ppm
- LVDS, CML, LVCMOS, and HCSL output types
- 2.5 × 2.0mm package
