Product Overview
BM2LE040FJ-CE2 is an automotive IPD 2ch low side switch with output diagnostic function. It has built-in OCP, dual TSD and active clamp function. It is equipped with output diagnostic function for TSD. Application includes driving resistive, inductive and capacitive load.
- SOP-J8 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +150°C
- 40mohm on-state resistance (Tj is 25°C, typ), 25A over current limitation level (Tj is 25°C, typ)
- 40V output clamp voltage (min), = 25 °C) 250mJ active clamp energy (Tj(START)=25 °C)
- Built-in dual TSD, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Built-in over current protection function(OCP)
- Built-in active clamp function
- Direct control enabled from CMOS logic IC, etc
- Monolithic power management IC with the control block and power MOSFET mounted on a single chip
