Product Overview
BM2LE080FJ-CE2 is an automotive IPD 2ch low-side switch IC with an output diagnostic function. It has built-in OCP, Dual TSD, and active clamp function. It is equipped with an output diagnostic function for TSD. Application includes driving resistive, inductive, and capacitive load.
- SOP-J8 package, operating temperature range from -40 to +150°C
- 13A over current limitation level (Tj = 25°C, typ)
- 40V output clamp voltage (min)
- 200mJ active clamp energy (Tj(START) = 25°C)
- Built-in dual TSD, AEC-Q100 qualified (grade 1)
- Built-in overcurrent protection function(OCP)
- Built-in active clamp function
- Direct control enabled from CMOS logic IC, etc
- On resistance RDS(ON) is 80mohm (typ, VIN = 5V, IOUT = 1.5A, Tj = 25°C)
- Monolithic power management IC with the control block and power MOSFET mounted on a single chip
