BU5265HFV-TR is an input full swing, push pull output CMOS comparator in a 5 pin HVSOF package. BU5265SHFV has an expanded operating temperature range. These features low operating supply voltage of +1.8V to +5.5V(single supply), high speed operation and extremely low input bias current. Typical applications include limit comparators, battery monitor, multivibrators and consumer electronics.
