Product Overview
SHT41-AD1F-R2 is a SHT4x 4th Gen. relative humidity and temperature sensor. Its I2C interface provides several preconfigured I2C addresses while maintaining an ultra-low power budget (0.4µW). The power-trimmed internal heater can be used at three heating
- Fully functional in a condensing environment
- Power heater, true NIST-traceability
- JEDEC JESD47 qualification
- Sensor-specific calibration certificate acc. to ISO 17025: 2017, 3-point temp. calibration
- RH accuracy is ±1.8%RH typical
- Supply voltage range from 1.08 to 3.6V, size (LxWxH) is 1.27 x 1.27 x 0.68mm
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- Power consumption at VDD=1.2V (no heater) is 2.6µW typ (Avg high repeatability)
- Capacitive bus load is 400pF max at RP <lt/>= 820 ohm: fast mode
- Power-up time is 0.3ms typ at after hard reset, VDD <gt/>= VPOR
