EFM32WG332F256-B-QFP64R is an EFM32 Wonder Gecko ARM Cortex-M4 based microcontroller (MCU) with speeds up to 48MHz. With the full DSP instruction set and floating point unit in this device, developers can speed up computation performance. In addition, this device includes 256KB flash, 32KB RAM, 50 Dig I/O pins, 4 x 16bit timers, and multiple communication interfaces. It also features autonomous peripherals, high overall chip and analogue integration, and the performance of the industry standard 32bit ARM CortexM4 with floating-point unit (FPU) processor, making it perfect for battery-powered systems and systems with high-performance, low-energy requirements. Typical applications are energy, gas, water, and smart metering, health and fitness applications, smart accessories, alarm and security systems, industrial and home automation.
