EV-VN9016AJ

EV-VN9016AJ is an VN9016AJ evaluation board which provides an easy way to connect VND9016AJ into the existing system. The EV-VN9016AJ comes pre-assembled with VN9016AJ high-side driver. On board minimum set of electrical components is enabling the user to directly connect the load, the power supply and the microcontroller without any additional effort in external component design and connection. The VN9016AJ is a single channel high-side driver manufactured using ST proprietary VIPower M0-9 technology and housed in a PowerSSO-16 package. The device is designed to drive 12V automotive grounded loads through a 3V and 5V CMOS compatible interface, providing protection and diagnostics. Typical applications include automotive smart power distribution, glow plugs, heating systems, DC motors, relay replacement and high power resistive and inductive actuators. Protected supply for ADAS systems: radars and sensors.
