Product Overview
The L6202 is a high efficiency DMOS full bridge driver in 18 pin Powerdip package. It employs Multipower BCD technology which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on same chip. By using mixed technology, it is possible to optimize logic circuitry and power stage to achieve best possible performance. The DMOS output transistors can operate at supply voltages up to 42V and efficiently at high switching speeds. All logic inputs are TTL, CMOS and µC compatible. Each channel (half bridge) of the device is controlled by separate logic input while common enable controls both channels.

- On-resistance (RDSon) is 0.3ohm at 25°C
