Product Overview
L6225PDTR is a DMOS dual full bridge driver. It is designed for motor control application realized in multipower BCD technology. which combines isolated DMOS power transistors with CMOS and bipolar circuits on the same chip. It features a non-dissipative protection of the high side power MOSFETs and thermal shutdown. This driver is used in application such as bipolar stepper motor, dual or quad DC motor.
