Product Overview
L9615D013TR is a bidirectional transceiver for signal conditioning and processing in connection with a CAN controller. Data rates of upto 500KBAUD are supported using either shielded or nonshielded pairs of lines.
- Generation of differential output signals
- Differential input with high interference suppression
- Supply voltage is 5V typical at (TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- Supply current is 80mA maximum at (TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- TXO input capacitance is 25pF typical at (TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- Input resistance is 50Kohm maximum at (recessive, TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- ASC input current is 275µA maximum at (VASC = VS, TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- Differential input hysteresis is 150mV typical at (TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- Output resistance is 9Kohm maximum at (TOP = -40 to 110°C, VS = 4.5 to 5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 110°C, S08 package
