M24C08-RDW6TP is an 8Kbit I2C-compatible EEPROM (electrically erasable programmable memory) organized as 1K × 8 bits.
- 1.8V to 5.5V operating voltage
- Compatible with following I2C bus modes: 400KHz and 100KHz
- 8Kbit (1Kbyte) of EEPROM with 16 bytes page size
- Write: byte write within 5ms and page write within 5ms
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write protect of the whole memory array
- Enhanced ESD/latch-Up protection
- More than 4 million write cycles
- More than 200-years data retention
- 8 lead TSSOP (169 mil width) package, operating temperature range from -40 to +85°C
