STTH3R04S is an ultrafast recovery diode in a 2 pin SMC package. The STTH3R04 series uses ST's new 400V planar Pt doping technology. The STTH3R04 is specially suited for switching mode base drive and transistor circuits. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, free wheeling and polarity protection.
- Repetitive peak reverse voltage is 400V
- Average forward current is 3A
- Forward voltage drop of 0.9 V max at 3A
- Reverse recovery time trr (max) of 18ns
- Maximum operating junction temperature of 175°C
- Maximum reverse leakage current of 50µA
