Product Overview
TS3021IYCT is a single comparator featuring high-speed response time with rail-to-rail inputs. It offers micropower consumption as low as a few tens of microamperes thus providing an excellent ratio of power consumption current versus response time. Application includes telecom, instrument, signal conditioning, high-speed sampling systems, and portable communication systems.
- 38ms propagation delay (typ, Vicm = 0V, f = 10KHz, CL = 50pF, overdrive = 100mV)
- 73µA low current consumption, 1.8 to 5V supply operation range (0 <lt/> Tamb <lt/> 125°C)
- Push-pull outputs, automotive qualification
- High ESD tolerance 5KV HBM, 300V MM
- 0.5mV maximum input offset voltage (VCC = 2V, Tamb = 25°C)
- 73µA typical supply current (no load, output high, Vicm = 0V)
- 1.92V output voltage high (typical, Isource = 1mA, VCC = 2V, Tamb = 25°C)
- 73dB supply voltage rejection (∆Vcc = 2 to 5V, VCC = 2V, Tamb = 25°C)
