TSZ181H1YLT is a single very high accuracy, high bandwidth, high temperature, zero-drift operational amplifier. It features very low offset voltages with virtually zero drift versus temperature changes. It offers rail-to-rail input and output, excellent speed/power consumption ratio, and 3MHz gain bandwidth product, while consuming just 1mA at 5V. The device operates over an extended range and features an ultra-low input bias current. It ideal for high-accuracy high-bandwidth sensor interfaces for automotive environment. Application includes high accuracy signal conditioning, current measurement, sensor signal conditioning, automotive.

- 3.5µV typical input offset voltage (T = 25°C, Vcc+ = 2.2V, Vcc- = 0V)
- Supply voltage range from 2.2 to 5.5V
- Maximum low power consumption is 1mA (at 5V)
