Product Overview
The TS78L05CX RF is a fixed output, three terminal positive linear voltage regulator in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This device is inexpensive, easy to use device suitable for large number of applications that require regulated supply up to 100mA. It features internal current limiting and thermal shutdown. No external components are required with this device in many applications. It offers substantial performance advantage over traditional zener diode resistor combination as output impedance and quiescent current are substantially reduced.
