Product Overview
CCG1R5-24-03SF is a space saving CCG1R5 series isolated DC-DC converter. In addition to battery powered equipment, applications include process control, data communications, telecommunications and test or measurement related products. CCG1R5 converters features a plastic case and measure 15.7mm (length) x 10.4mm (width) x 11.5mm (height). On the highly automated production line utilising X-ray inspection, no encapsulation is used in order to avoid quality risks associated with silicone potting compounds during the customer reflow soldering process.
- Wide 4:1 input range, 9V to 36V input voltage range, single output
- 3.3V output voltage, 0.4A output current, 1.32W max power, 73% efficiency (100% load, nominal input)
- IEC/UL/CSA/EN62368-1 certified, easier system compliance
- Reduced derating at high ambient temperatures, more useable power
- No silicone potting, reduced quality risk during surface mount reflow process
- Space saving package sizes, less board area needed, -40 to +100°C ambient operating temperature
- Through hole mounting, switching frequency of 400KHz (fixed)
- Overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection, 5 years warranty
