Product Overview
The LP2985IM5-1.8/NOPB is a 1.8V fixed output low-noise low-dropout (LDO) Linear Regulator designed to provide high performance and low noise in applications requiring output voltages ≤2V. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically integrated PNP) process, the device delivers unequaled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs. Ground pin current is typically 825µA at 150mA load and 75µA at 1mA load. The device is stable with output capacitor ESR as low as 5mΩ, which allows the use of ceramic capacitors on the output.
