Product Overview
The TMP112AIDRLT is a high accuracy, low power digital temperature sensor in 6 pin SOT-563 package. This digital temperature sensor is ideal for NTC/PTC thermistor replacement where high accuracy is required. The device offers an accuracy of ±0.5°C without requiring calibration or external component signal conditioning. This temperature sensor is highly linear and does not require complex calculations or lookup tables to derive the temperature. The calibrating for improved accuracy feature allows users to calibrate for accuracy as good as ±0.17°C. The TMP112 device has SMBus, two wire and I2C interface compatibility and allows up to four devices on one bus. The device also features SMBus alert function.
- Low quiescent current of 10µA active (maximum) and 1µA shutdown (maximum)
- Supply voltage range from 1.4V to 3.6V
- 12bit resolution
- Accuracy (temperature error) of ±0.1°C at 25°C and 3.3V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
